UCC guidelines on customs valuation

The Commission has started the process of drafting guidelines on customs valuation. DG Taxud plans to share a first draft with Member States and members of the Trade Contact Group in early April. The guidelines should cover various aspects of customs valuation including sales of goods in warehouse, license fees and transitional provisions.
